• Mad Customs Inc. does not provide warranties, guarantees, or certifications for airworthiness or regulatory compliance.
• You agree that Mad Customs Inc. is not liable for any damages, failures, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of any products.
• The purchaser assumes all risks associated with installing and/or using any products.

Payment and Order Processing
• All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• Payment must be made in full before shipment.

• Shipping times vary based on location and product availability.
• Mad Customs Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us here within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
